However, if you have never used the image editor, Photoshop will impress and amaze you so much, because you can create, edit, change, and manipulate an image. Even so far, Photoshop is the most-used image editor by designers as well as web designer.
If you are a blogger and would like to be able to create a template, I think the ability to use Photoshop is a must, although you are not yet the expert.
